- Cook until beef is browned, then add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, Oregano, and a beef stock cube.
- Season, add hot water, simmer with the lid on for 20 minutes.
- Add drained and washed kidney beans, simmer for another 10 minutes with the lid off.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before serving with rice or a jacket potato sprinkled with cheese.
