- Reduce carbohydrate intake, especially processed sugars and sweetened beverages.
- Increase protein intake (high protein, low carb and fat diet).
- Suggested morning routine:
- Drink 800 ml to 1 liter of water immediately after waking.
- Allow time for detox.
