Episode Summary

Aaradhya spends her university break counting down the days until she can see Swastika again. While trying to make sense of her feelings, she secretly searches her father’s computer for information about love—but is interrupted before she can check whether the search history has been cleared. Her nerves spike again when her father asks to see her phone. He notices Swastika’s number, but accepts Aaradhya’s explanation that she is a friend.

Back at university, Aaradhya’s excitement turns to disappointment: Swastika is busy and misses their usual train for several days. When Aaradhya gets 95%, she is oddly unhappy because she was aiming for a higher score. Rida can’t believe it:

“You got 95 and you’re still not happy?”

Later, Swastika calls to comfort Aaradhya, but her father appears at the door while they are talking, leaving Aaradhya frozen and scrambling to explain.

The tension peaks when Aaradhya’s father unexpectedly shows up outside the university. He finds her with Rida and an unnamed male student, then takes her home without explaining why. There, he produces the book Rida had given Aaradhya—the one Aaradhya hid under her quilt and read secretly. He accuses her of lying and, after seeing her at the university, wrongly assumes she is involved with the boy.

He slaps her while her shocked mother watches, and Aaradhya can barely get a word out. The episode ends on a cliffhanger: her father suspects she is in a relationship, but has completely misunderstood who Aaradhya cares about.
