Anya notices Aarohi is hiding something about Professor Meher and presses her for answers. Aarohi insists there’s nothing between them, while Vaidehi gently tells Anya not to force her to talk. Anya admits she doesn’t like Meher much, but Vaidehi points out that if Aarohi cares about her, Anya should try to support them.

Later, Aarohi and Meher share a sweet video call. Their teasing turns tender when Aarohi asks what Meher would do if Aarohi weren’t around. Meher immediately gets serious and tells her not to say such things: Aarohi is special to her, and she can’t imagine life without her.

Meanwhile, Riddhi finds herself smiling whenever Professor Nidhi appears. A friend catches her staring and teases her about it. Even over the phone, Riddhi’s friend jokes that she can just focus on Nidhi. Riddhi tries to brush it off, but her feelings are clearly confusing her.

The mood shifts when Professor Nishant asks Meher to meet for coffee. He brings up important college matters—and also admits he didn’t expect her to reject him. Meher gently makes it clear that she is happy with someone else in her life. Aarohi arrives at the café, sees Meher smiling with Nishant, and assumes Meher hid the meeting from her. Meher tries to explain, but Aarohi is hurt and leaves without listening.

Aarohi ignores Meher’s repeated calls and messages. Riddhi encourages her to talk it out, even teasing that Aarohi seems far too upset for someone who claims there’s nothing between them. Aarohi still doesn’t call back, leaving Meher worried and waiting.

That night, Meher suddenly suffers severe stomach pain and is rushed to the hospital by her father. Nidhi learns what happened and contacts Riddhi, who finally reaches Aarohi with the news. Shocked, Aarohi rushes out into the cold night to get to the hospital. Anya sees how urgently Aarohi leaves and realizes just how deep her bond with Meher is. The episode ends with Aarohi driving anxiously toward the hospital.
