After an awkward night that brought Ishani and Vedika closer than before, morning arrives with both of them pretending everything is normal. They avoid eye contact and blush at the memory of how close they came to a kiss. Megha quickly notices the tension and interrogates them about what happened. Ishani denies everything and escapes to the washroom, giving Megha plenty of reason to keep teasing.

The group heads out to enjoy the scenery, including a visit to a beautiful waterfall. Vedika initially keeps her mask on, but takes it off after Megha encourages her to enjoy the moment. When some boys make cruel comments about Vedika’s appearance, her mask falls into the water, and she panics. Megha tries to comfort her, while Ishani rushes in and confronts the boys, furious at their disrespect. Overwhelmed by the growing crowd, Vedika asks to leave.

Back at the resort, Vedika finds a card with a heartfelt message and “I love you” written inside. She assumes it may be Ishani’s and feels confused—until Aarav rushes in and claims it as his, saying it’s for his girlfriend, Vani. Once they’re alone, Ishani admits to Aarav that the card really does express her feelings. Aarav playfully teases her about being in love, joking that even if there’s no brother-in-law, a sister-in-law is sure to join the family. Ishani tells him not to say anything in front of Vedika.

On the journey back, Ishani is quiet and refuses food. Vedika worries that she’s upset and apologizes for leaving her alone during the confrontation. At the shelter home, Vedika worries that their new friendship might change and apologizes again. Ishani reassures her that she isn’t angry with her; she was upset with herself for not being there when the boys insulted Vedika. After asking permission, Ishani takes Vedika’s hand and promises she will never leave her, even if Vedika asks her to stay away. The heartfelt moment eases Vedika’s fears, though Ishani privately remains anxious that she may have crossed a boundary.

Before leaving, Ishani invites Vedika to visit her office the next day to discuss a job. Later, Ishani’s mother sees photos from the outing and remarks on how lovely Vedika looks when she smiles. Aarav agrees, earning himself a warning look from Ishani.

The episode closes by teasing a new chapter: Vedika may begin studying again and pursue her dream of becoming a doctor, though she’ll still face challenges ahead.
