Episode Summary

Mahira spends the night crying after a painful confrontation, then tries to hide her distress from her family. Her uncle notices how shaken she is and offers her a place to stay. When Mahira learns that her grandmother has cut ties with her, she asks about finding work so she can continue college. Her uncle reassures her that she doesn’t have to face everything alone.

As Mahira’s guilt over the way she treated Ayan grows, she secretly signs divorce papers, believing she has already hurt him enough. Her grandmother receives the papers and, despite being visibly upset, decides Ayan should sign them too. Ayan insists that he still loves Mahira and can’t forget her, but eventually signs with trembling hands, convinced that Mahira no longer wants to be with him.

Ayan’s friend Ruhika is furious on his behalf. She takes him to a temple, where his grief becomes impossible to hide. A woman there sees him crying and comforts him, while Ruhika watches, distressed and angry at Mahira. Later, Ruhika confronts Mahira, telling her she has betrayed Ayan and that she regrets supporting her. Mahira can barely respond; she breaks down, realizing she has lost the trust of her grandmother, sister, and friends.

The episode closes with Mahira and Ayan alone, crying as they look at each other’s photos. Their divorce is signed, but neither seems able to let go.
