Technology and learning projects

• CodeCrafters partnership: He can offer viewers a 40% subscription discount across the available plan types. He plans to display the sign-up link or code on stream. The discount applies when viewers register and subscribe within two days.
• Planned system design course: He is building a learning website and expects to invite beta testers to try the course for free before introducing paid access. His teaching approach is to help learners commit foundational system-design knowledge to long-term memory. This should leave them with more working memory to solve unfamiliar problems, rather than basic choices involving queues, caches, databases, schemas, traffic, bottlenecks, and requirements. The course is a work in progress, not a completed resource.
• Streaming changes: He created an app to queue chat messages, but answering questions throughout long coding streams has made it difficult to make progress. He plans to try a Pomodoro-style format, with focused work periods followed by short breaks to review chat and respond.
