Stephanie Yells at Lily & Hurts Her Feelings/Grounded
Main summary
Key takeaways
Summary
Stephanie confronts Lily, accusing her of constantly getting her in trouble at school. She brings up Lily allegedly getting her expelled after she called Miss Martin a “David Beckham wannabe.” Stephanie then yells at Lily, calls her mean names, and says she has finally gotten her revenge.
Caillou, Rosie, and the adults arrive and ask what happened. Stephanie admits she lashed out at Lily, but her explanation does not excuse the bullying. Her family grounds her “for all eternity” and refuses her apology, sending her to her room.
The other family members comfort Lily, reassure her that she is a wonderful sister, and promise that Stephanie will not treat her that way again.
Characters
Stephanie, Lily, Caillou, Rosie, Daisy, the family’s mother, and other family members.
