Summary

Megha’s arrival brings some lightness to the house, but a dressing session turns serious when Vedika reflects that her visible injuries may heal while the losses and wounds inside her may never do. She also tells Megha that she once dreamed of becoming a doctor.

Everyone persuades Vedika to stay the night. Ishani’s grandmother warmly insists, prompting Megha to joke that Grandma has never tried so hard to convince her to stay. Later, a horror movie sparks a playful argument: Megha is terrified and keeps asking Aarav to change it, while he insists it’s a good film. Ishani switches to a comedy, then takes Vedika to her room so she can read. Megha catches Ishani gazing at Vedika and teases her—before claiming the couch because she’s too scared to sleep alone after the movie.

The night takes a painful turn when Vedika has a nightmare and wakes in a panic, trembling and crying. Ishani holds and reassures her, reminding her that she’s safe. She stays beside Vedika until she can sleep again, with Vedika holding Ishani’s hand. Megha notices that Ishani stayed awake all night but gives them space. In the morning, she gently teases Ishani about the hand-holding.

Ishani’s concern soon becomes a determination to get justice. She secretly calls someone for help tracking down Raju, the man accused of attacking Vedika, and later sends that contact videos. Five days pass before the police report that Raju has been caught. At the station, Ishani and Indira find political associates pressuring the police to let him go. Ishani pushes back, gets a lawyer involved, and appears to have arranged for a journalist friend to help bring attention to the case. The episode ends with her demanding answers as the pressure mounts.
