Episode 91 Recap

After a recent fight, Anaya and Meera share a bed with little Yuvan between them—and promptly turn bedtime into a playful negotiation. Meera insists she hasn’t forgiven Anaya, while Anaya tries to coax her closer. Their teasing spirals into jokes about sleeping outside, getting another partner, and who has the right to cuddle or “claim” whom. Yuvan keeps interrupting their attempts to get romantic, giving them a comic excuse to bicker over who should hold him and when he’ll finally fall asleep.

Once Meera’s mother briefly checks in and goes to her own room, Anaya and Meera get a private moment. Anaya apologizes for hurting Meera, and Meera admits she missed her too. They reconcile with an affectionate kiss and spend the night close together, though they still have to keep Yuvan safely settled between them. Their tender make-up is punctuated by more teasing—especially when Anaya jokes that Meera looks even more beautiful when she’s angry.

The episode also follows Neha and Latika. A difficult morning with their crying baby, Neeti, leaves Neha stressed and snappish while Latika scrambles to find a diaper. Neha heads to work, where a busy schedule and multiple meetings keep her from calling home. Latika grows hurt and suspicious when Neha doesn’t respond, while Neha tries to explain that she’s overwhelmed and misses her. Their calls end in frustration, leaving their relationship tense.

Meanwhile, Anaya takes a business meeting in Japanese and arranges a possible trip to Japan. Meera worries about the travel, the baby, and family responsibilities, but Anaya jokes that she wants to travel with her wife—and suggests Neha should come too. Their playful banter includes a crocodile-related quip that makes Meera laugh before she goes to prepare breakfast.

At home, some visiting women gossip skeptically about Meera’s marriage to a woman. Meera’s mother stands up for her daughter, and Meera answers the gossip with a pointed remark about the other woman’s own family. Later, the family discusses attending a Dandiya celebration.
