Сибирь: массовый забой скота, люди бегут. И это только начало #прогноз

Summary

The speaker says Siberia has experienced livestock disease and mass culling in recent months. The subtitles describe the illness as “plague” or pneumonia, but provide no supporting details. The speaker also claims that people are fleeing the region in panic.

They argue that these events are suspicious and not coincidental, and predict utility disruptions in Siberia this winter. They also warn of possible “amazing phenomena” in the Far East, the Urals, and the Caucasus. The speaker says one article has already been published and a larger article is in preparation to explain their interpretation of events.
