1) Direct Ship report (FVP direction / fulfillment tab)
How to access
Go to Fulfillment tab → FVP direction.
Tabs and statuses
A) Pending
Three statuses:
- Pending: New orders received that haven’t been worked on in the Direct Ship app.
- In progress: Order has started in the Direct Ship app.
- Shipment generated: Available number scanned and a shipment created.
What you can do on Pending
- Sort: ascending / descending
- Search: by PSKU, order number, or order item number
- Filter: by status and shipment created at date range
- Export: to Excel
- Item view (pending only): switch to item view via an Order view dropdown
- Shows items/PSKUs for the selected partner and their total quantities, broken down by status.
B) Completed
Three statuses:
- Shipped: Handed over to the logistics provider.
- Delivered: Delivered to the customer.
- Undelivered: Delivery agent tried contacting the customer 3 times but can’t reach them → order returns to seller.
What you can do on Completed
- Search: partner SKU, order number, purchase item number
- Sort: ascending / descending
- Filter: by statuses and shipment created at date range
- Export: to Excel
C) Lost
Three statuses:
- Shipment lost:
- e.g., shipment created but not manifested for 3 days, or
- shipment lost before manifesting in the seller’s warehouse.
- Manifest law (likely “manifest lost”): shipment included in a manifest but manifest not closed for 15+ days.
- Logistics loss: package handed to logistics, but marked lost on their side.
What you can do on Lost
- Search: partner SKU, order number, purchase item number
- Sort: ascending / descending
- Filter: by statuses, shipment created at date range, and lost at date range
- Export: to Excel
Actions available (from Pending screen)
- Mark pending order item(s) as Out of stock
- Mark orders in Shipment generated status as Lost
- Reprint the available number (on the same screen)
2) Direct Ship from Picklist (FBP pick lists page)
How to access
Go to Fulfillment tab → FBP direct shipping lists.
Tabs
- Open pick list
- Close pick list
- Lost shipments
A) Open pick list
What you see (when selecting a specific open pick list)
Shows orders on that open list, including pending and completed orders.
List-level controls
- Close list
- Sort: ascending / descending
- Filter: by pick list created at date range
- Search: by pick list number
- Export: to Excel
Inside the open pick list
Pending-style statuses:
- Pending / Not worked yet
- In progress (job started)
- Shipment generated (available number scanned; shipment created)
Views
- Order view vs Item view
- Item view: shows items/PSKUs and quantities split by status
Actions in open pick list
- Mark lost (for shipment generated status)
- Mark pending item(s) as Out of stock
Completed-style statuses
- Shipped
- Delivered
- Undelivered (3+ failed contact attempts → return)

B) Close pick list
Close pick list page
Shows closed pick lists within the year.
Inside a closed pick list
In the pending tab, two statuses appear:
- Shipment generated
- (Items not picked for the original list): items “not picked” that then move to another list where they’re pending.
On the completed tab, statuses mirror the earlier model:
- Shipped
- Delivered
- Undelivered (customer not reachable after 3 attempts → return)
Controls and actions
- Search by partner SKU, order number, purchase item number
- Sort ascending / descending
- Filter by status and shipment created at date range
- Export to Excel
- Item view works for both open and closed pick lists (via the order view dropdown)
C) Lost shipments (from picklist)
Shows items marked lost either by seller side or logistics side.
Three statuses:
- Shipment lost
- lost from your side, or
- stayed in shipment generated for 3+ days without manifesting.
- Manifest lost
- manifest exists and shipment remained in manifest for 15+ days, triggering auto-closure.
- Logistics lost
- lost by the logistics provider.
Controls
- Search by partner SKU / order number / purchase item number
- Sort ascending / descending
- Filter by statuses, shipment created at date range, and lost at date range
- Export to Excel
