Episode Summary

The episode opens with Professor Nidhi reassuring Riddhi, who has promised not to dwell on her feelings. Nidhi knows the promise will be hard to keep. They share a gentle goodnight before ending their call.

Later, Aarohi wakes in a sweat after a frightening dream. Unable to calm herself, she calls Meher in the middle of the night. When Meher doesn’t answer, Aarohi goes to her room anyway. Meher wakes to find her sitting nearby and, seeing how shaken she is, draws her close and lets her rest with her head in her lap. Aarohi won’t describe the dream, but Meher doesn’t press her. Their teasing turns tender as Meher strokes Aarohi’s hair and stays beside her until she falls asleep.

Meanwhile, Anya brings Vaidehi home after a tense, silent journey. Vaidehi refuses to get out of the car, so Anya carries her inside despite her protests. Their argument quickly turns to the painful night they shared and Anya’s mixed signals. When Vaidehi suggests Anya treated her like a toy, Anya slaps her and insists she is not one. Overwhelmed by guilt and anger at herself, Anya punches a mirror and injures her hands. Vaidehi stops her and wraps her hands with her dupatta.

The confrontation finally reveals why Vaidehi married someone else: her parents pressured her with emotional blackmail, and she felt she had no choice. Anya realizes she had mistaken Vaidehi’s situation for betrayal. They confess they still love one another. Anya apologizes, and they embrace, agreeing to leave the past behind and try again.

The narrator closes by reflecting on how family pressure can leave someone unable to stand up for love. The narrator encourages listeners to hear a former partner’s side before judging them and promises sweeter episodes ahead.
