Jaanu disappears after receiving a phone call, leaving flowers outside Sheetal Ma’am’s house. Sheetal eventually checks the security camera and sees Jaanu leave in a hurry. She tracks her down at the hospital, where Jaanu’s mother is being treated after attempting suicide by drinking a corrosive cleaner. The doctor says her internal injuries are serious, though she is stable and under observation.

Jaanu demands to know why her mother did it. Her father insists he doesn’t know, but a phone call exposes the truth: he has a much younger pregnant wife. Jaanu confronts him, furious that he betrayed her mother. The argument turns sharp—and darkly funny—when she mocks the age gap, suggesting his scandal could earn him a place in the Guinness World Records.

Jaanu’s mother later explains that she discovered the affair only recently and couldn’t bear the news. Jaanu promises to uncover the full story behind her father’s new relationship.

Meanwhile, Jessica and Nidhi Ma’am tentatively make peace. After Nidhi helps handle a difficult delivery at the hospital, she ends up with back pain, and Jessica insists on helping her rest. Nidhi apologizes for their awkwardness and asks if they can start over as friends. Jessica happily accepts, and the two share a warm hug. Their conversation also hints that Jessica’s depression may be easing—and that Nidhi’s feelings could be changing too.

Pragya’s storyline takes a worrying turn when she wakes with severe abdominal pain. Himani and her mother take her to the hospital, where scans show that her appendix is enlarged. The first hospital can only give her an injection for the pain, so she is transferred elsewhere. Doctors say she’ll need an operation the next morning.

While they wait, Himani comforts Pragya, and the two joke about adopting children so Pragya won’t have to endure pregnancy. Himani’s mother playfully points out that Himani herself wouldn’t exist if her parents had taken that approach.

The episode ends with Pragya resting beside Himani, Jaanu staying close to her hospitalized mother, and Jessica and Nidhi on the verge of a closer friendship.
