Summary

Mahira and Ayanshi’s wedding nearly falls apart when Mahira arrives believing Ayanshi is marrying someone else. Ayanshi insists she isn’t, and after family pressure and reassurance, Mahira agrees to marry her. The ceremony goes ahead with the usual rituals and blessings, but the newlyweds are in very different moods: Ayanshi is happy, while Mahira is weighed down by guilt over how she treated her.

On their wedding night, Ayanshi hopes they can start their relationship afresh. Mahira admits she can’t yet look her in the eye or forget the hurt between them. When Ayanshi tries to get close, Mahira asks for time. Ayanshi respects her boundary, and they sleep separately, both unsure where they stand.

The next morning, Ayanshi makes halwa for the family, who joke and fuss over the couple. Mahira remains quiet and distant, prompting relatives to ask why she isn’t speaking warmly to Ayanshi. The awkwardness escalates when Divya arrives with her mother and grandmother. Divya’s grandmother challenges Mahira for supposedly agreeing to marry Divya before marrying Ayanshi instead. Mahira tries to keep the confrontation from becoming public, but Divya is angry too, setting up the next episode’s conflict.
