[Lee Know Live] 220717 Lee Know Ri Bang: Time To Sleep (USA)

Summary

Lee Know opens his late-night live by greeting STAY and chatting about food, workouts, and how tired he feels. He admits he’s craving kimchi stew with hot rice, then gets sidetracked imagining an ideal camping trip: grilling meat, frying rice in the leftovers, having fruit and pineapple, and finishing with ramen.

The camping talk turns into a playful plan for a possible group outing. Lee Know says he’d do the cooking and recruit someone to wash the dishes. He considers HAN, CHANGBIN, and CHAN, but picks CHAN because he can picture him running to a store for more meat. He also jokes that a live camping stream could involve everyone sitting silently and staring at a fire—whoever speaks first loses. After a fan suggests bringing FELIX, Lee Know agrees he’d take him and feed him meat.

Bugs are part of the camping experience, he says, as long as they’re not cockroaches. He recounts seeing cockroaches eating each other in a video, then abruptly stops before ruining anyone’s meal.

Food remains a running theme. Lee Know talks about missing tteokbokki, wanting thick pork belly, and how carbs are essential after meat—there’s always room for fried rice or naengmyeon. He also shares his approach to eating and exercise: he doesn’t count calories, tries to eat reasonably and stay active, and warns fans against extreme restriction. He recalls trying to eat only once every two days and says it left him feeling awful. When someone suggests honey and salt for sweet-and-salty cravings, he plays along, calling it an “efficient combination,” while conceding it might not be the healthiest solution.

The live takes a silly detour when Lee Know attempts NAYEON’s “POP!” challenge based on fans’ instructions. The explanation only confuses him more, and his hand movements become “Yum yum yum” instead of “Pop pop pop.” He gives up and moves on.

Fans also test his memory of his hosting scripts. Lee Know confidently recites his “Show! Music Core” voting announcement, then tries to recall the “Kiss the Radio” text-message instructions. He gets stuck on the phrase “my KONG,” but insists that once he starts, the words roll off his tongue: “my mouth remembers.” He ends the live with that phrase still amusing him.
