Live from the Floor: LA Comic Con 2026 & Halloween Fun

LA Comic Con Live Stream

Lauren goes live from a crowded LA Comic Con with Chucky Montana. The stream is affected by shaky Wi-Fi and a brief mix-up over whether she is broadcasting on Facebook or Instagram.

Convention Highlights

The convention floor is packed with costumes. Lauren spots Batman, the Joker, the Cat in the Hat, and a cosplayer dressed as Static, who introduces himself with the line, “I put a shock to your system.” She also meets a Spider-Man fan whose comic-inspired suit is being used in a film currently in production.

Lauren notes that the convention features panels and celebrity autograph signings, including appearances by Aaron Paul and Nicolas Cage. She learns that autographs had to be purchased in advance. She also jokes that, despite expecting to see plenty of Princess Leias, she has hardly spotted any.

Meeting SJC

Lauren meets streamer SJC, who says he broadcasts on Kick and previously streamed on YouTube and Justin.tv, before it became Twitch. They talk about how streaming has become more lifestyle-focused. SJC says his stream began in a dark place but eventually became something positive.

Finding the Press Room

A running gag throughout the stream is the search for water and the press room. Lauren teases Carlos for being a “horrible assistant,” while Carlos points out that he got her badges and insists he is not her assistant. They head upstairs looking for bottled water and snacks, eventually reach the press room, and Lauren gets a drink and poses by its backdrop.

Lauren also fits in a photo shoot on the convention floor and wraps up by noting that another day of Comic Con is still to come.
