İsmail Kartal'ın Derbi Planı | Aziz Yıldırım'dan Prim Bombası | Fenerbahçe Maltepe'ye Taşınacak Mı?

Pre-Match Discussion

The video is a pre-match discussion, not coverage of the derby itself, so it provides no match events or final score.

Aziz Yıldırım’s Support for İsmail Kartal

The speakers say Aziz Yıldırım publicly supported İsmail Kartal amid criticism following Fenerbahçe’s 2–2 draw with Slavia Prague, after the team had led 2–0. Yıldırım reportedly said Kartal would remain in charge unless he chose to leave, and that they would leave together if the season went badly.

The panel viewed this as reassurance for the coach and players ahead of the derby, as well as a call for the club and fans to support them.

Maltepe Stadium Proposal

The discussion says officials plan to build a stadium in Maltepe for the 2032 final, but Fenerbahçe has not decided to move there. Any proposal would need to demonstrate benefits for the club and receive approval from the general assembly.

The speakers mention possible financial gains and say a feasibility study is expected.

Fan Criticism of Players

The panel argues that booing can weigh particularly heavily on local players. İsmail Yüksek and Kerem Aktürkoğlu are mentioned as players who could be affected, and the speakers urge fans to support the squad through the coming matches.

They also say Yüksek should respond to criticism by working harder after losing possession rather than dwelling on social media commentary.

Derby Approach and Predicted Lineup

The preview anticipates a controlled Fenerbahçe performance, with midfield play especially important. The speakers compare the possible approach to the team’s games against Roma and Slavia Prague, suggesting either transition attacks or early pressure.

They expect Romelu Lukaku to start and note that Mert Müldür has recovered, though the transcript’s predicted lineup is too garbled to report reliably. A win, they say, could improve Fenerbahçe’s position. They also expect Kartal to retain support even if the result is disappointing, depending on the team’s performance.

Preparation and Incentive

One speaker predicts a derby bonus of roughly €1 million, while noting that timely salary payments are also important for morale. The team had reportedly shared a meal before the match, with a management visit to camp and a fan send-off planned.
