หนังไทย เรื่อง กระสือสาว ปี 2516 สมบัติ,พิศมัย

Summary

The film mixes supernatural horror, melodrama, and broad village comedy. After a mysterious creature terrorizes the village and kills chickens, Bua Khli’s dying grandmother gives her a treasured ring and makes her promise to wear it always. Bua later marries Muang, but strange nighttime attacks and rumors that she is a Krasue—a ghost whose head and organs fly off to hunt—begin to threaten their life together.

The villagers’ suspicions grow when Bua becomes pregnant and develops odd cravings, including glass-noodle soup. A shaman insists she is the ghost, and Muang is pressured into a bizarre test involving an enchanted switch. The scene shifts from frightening accusation to painful domestic farce as Bua is hurt and Muang realizes how cruelly he has treated her. Meanwhile, jealous rivals and a vengeful spirit add to the couple’s troubles, eventually forcing them to leave.

The story takes several comic and dramatic detours. Muang is bewitched into falling for Maduea, while young Jeab sets off to bring his father home and help break the spell. Their adventure brings more slapstick confusion before Muang comes to his senses. Elsewhere, Bua’s pregnancy leads to a long, noisy labor sequence, complete with anxious helpers, jokes, and a very ill-timed round of drinking and dozing.

The horror returns when spirits threaten the newborn. In the final chaos, Bua is mistaken for the danger herself, and Muang is urged to turn against his wife. The ending reveals that Grandma Chim’s spirit has been possessing Bua and that the haunting is tied to karma. Once the spirit is dealt with and the karmic cycle ends, Bua is freed from further possession.
